Giant X-wing
of a North Coast Rocketry X-wing Fighter.
The construction is a spruce center spar and plywood bulkheads
covered by a fiberglassed cardboard "skin".
Gee, I look so proud, hope it doesn't crash.
I would have to use a BIG motor to get to this altitude!
Luke and R2D2 are onboard!

Lift off on an I284!!
Chute deployed perfectly but was too small. The model had minor damage
on landing. Nothing that can't be repaired!
